- Quotation / Proforma Invoice: Itemised quotation in PKR (or the agreed currency) against your BOQ, RFQ or specification, with validity, delivery terms and lead time.
- Order Confirmation: Written confirmation of items, quantities, specifications, delivery location and commercial terms before the order proceeds.
- Delivery Challan & Packing List: Delivery documentation for receiving and inspection at your site or store.
- Sales Tax Invoice: Invoice issued in accordance with applicable tax rules; tax treatment is confirmed per order.
- Manufacturer Documents: Datasheets, test certificates, material certificates, warranty cards and manuals where provided by the manufacturer and agreed in the order.
- Company Registration Documents: Company registration, NTN, sales tax registration and bank details are shared with quotations or on request for vendor enrolment.
